Help Support Australian Farmers

I am going to be honest, the drought in Australia is far from over. It has taken a huge toll on farming families, communities and the nation as a whole.

Farmers are going without food just so they can keep their generational farm. It may seem easy to just walk away, but farming is their life.

For this reason, i have teamed up with Drought Angels, who are a non profit organisation that help struggling farmers and communities.

All sales of the Harvest Shawl pattern will indefinitely be donated to Drought Angels.

This shawl was designed for all the farmers that are being affected by the severe drought gripping Australia. The wheat border symbolises a farmer’s hard work to prepare and grow a crop for their families.

You can help by purchasing the Harvest Shawl pattern on Ravelry for $4 (Australian)

To find out more about Drought Angels, pop on over to their Facebook page.

At the end of each month i will donate the money from this pattern to Drought Angels and then post a thank you with the amount raised.

So thank you for helping Australian farmers.
